Here are three suggestions to enhance communication within families, Create Dedicated Family Time - set aside regular, dedicated family time for open discussions and bonding. This could be a weekly family dinner, a weekend outing, or any activity that encourages relaxed and focused conversations. During this time, put away distractions like phones, tablets, and TVs, and truly engage in meaningful conversations.

Active Listening - practice active listening when your children are talking. Show genuine interest in what they're saying by maintaining eye contact, nodding, and responding appropriately. Avoid interrupting, and ask open-ended questions that encourage them to share their thoughts and feelings more deeply. This creates an environment where they feel valued and understood.
