Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity and adapt to change. In challenging times, it's essential to develop a resilient mindset. It's something I have learnt and still learning daily. I now focus on what I can control and let go of what I can't. Learn to surround yourself with a support network that encourages and uplifts you.
