Allow thoughts to come and go without engaging with them, gently redirecting your attention to your chosen point of focus. I aim for 5-10 minutes in the morning. This allows me to set a positive tone for the day, helping me to approach challenges with a calmer and more centered mindset.

Instead of rushing through your food, take the time to savor each bite. Pay attention to the flavors, textures, and smells of the food. Chew slowly and mindfully, fully engaging your senses in the process. Not only does this enhance your enjoyment of the meal, but it also aids digestion. I have stopped eating at my desk!
